主要是位置好，步行5分钟海边，酒店楼上可以看见海，楼下肯德基，公交站，交通方便，离去星海和动物园很方便。不足设施很老，很旧，卫一般，除了位置没亮点，新装修的只有几个房间还可以

选择这个酒店是为了离傅家庄海滨浴场近，没别的原因，价格不算低，但是条件设施卫生属实不尽人意，房间也很小，床也很小，我们屋是两张单人床拼的，朋友住简直就是1.5m，带孩子没办法睡，又去旁边酒店开了一间700多的房间，一晚上穿衣服睡，辗转反侧，那潮湿感，太强，如果单纯为了离海滨浴场近可以考虑。

先说说优点:1.离海近，2.房间的墙刚刷过白净，毛巾也貌似新的3.服务员能及时解决问题，态度好。缺点就太多了，房屋硬件对不起这地段啊，尽管预定前就知道酒店评分不高，但一出电梯，还是被走廊的破地毯吓着了，打开房门，还是令人恶心的脏地毯，跟洁白的墙壁成鲜明对比。且不说上个世纪的电视机，也不说没有滤网的空调，桌椅破旧也可以接受，但你们那地毯，实在是该换了，撤了吧，哪怕铺成最省钱的石灰地面。服务员态度很好，我觉得她们已经尽力把卫生搞成最干净的样子了，赞一下。
