  总体来説挺好的！是和我女儿周末一起来大连看海的，这里距离东港海边很近，住着也很舒适，早餐也很好，就是家俱旧了一些，沙发看着有些年头了

  房间面积大，酒店地角便利，早餐种类丰富。特别感谢前台 史静文，卞庆，大堂副理 王佳明，工作热情，服务态度好。 每次出差都住富丽华，很喜欢这个酒店，性价比特别高。

  下榻大连富丽华大酒店，作为东北第一家五星级酒店，历经岁月却依然能打，房间床品乾净舒适，一楼商场货品琳琅满目，泳池水温刚好还有舒服的大泡池。特别表扬酒店大堂前台的工作人员、泳池桑拿的工作人员徐青松以及游泳教练宝鑫，服务态度好，工作态度认真且专业。总之强烈推荐。

  位置很好，东楼设施略旧，但乾净衞生。 服务实在一言难尽：在入住的第二天，打扫衞生的阿姨直接刷卡进入了我的房间，在我告知她本人在衞生间上厕所后，这位工作人员仍然在门口开着门问我几点来打扫衞生。即便是一开始不知道我在屋内，后面沟通完也应该把门关上出去吧？另外在退房当天，我和另一组客人前后脚上出租车，门口的工作人员帮前一组客人搬了行李箱上车，回头看了我一眼就走了，何意味。五星服务也是看人下菜。

  开始看评论説这个酒店很旧，实际上不旧，洗漱用品用的是佰草集，香味好好闻，服务太好了，酒店位置也很好，去哪里都很近，客房服务滕怀萍，西餐厅的包经理和小侯服务太好了，感谢你们！下次还来。
