仿佛回到80年代，前台办事死板，不能刷预授权，刷卡机都是现用现插电。开发票前台办事效率特别慢半小时搞不定，耽误行程，早餐看没一个人用，自己也没吃。受骗一样的感受。周围环境业不行没有海边酒店的氛围交通极度不便利，大货车也多马路都是土。房间只能算中等干净，唯一的安慰是被子的风格很合适我。整体管理体制和服务意识基本0分，真的很落后！希望酒店可以意识到自己的问题有所改变。

房间被安排在偏楼，说是2015年装修的。一进到房间我都呆啦，房间很脏，还有一股味道。浴室的玻璃上全是水渍！浴巾都是潮乎乎的，还有一股发霉的味道，连木梳都没有！早餐8:30结束，结果8:20下楼被告知餐品没有啦，就剩下3个鸡蛋啦！如此差的服务，如此差的环境，一锤子买卖。

后悔没有好好看网评，网评很差，自己亲身体验感到是最差的了，房间装修陈旧，有味道，感觉不干净。卫生间味道更明显。房价还不低，性价比极差，如果不是去潜艇博物馆，顺路误入在这休息，绝不会自找煞风景破坏心情的这家酒店。住客自拿行李，没有设门童，管理很差。
