The hotel is well located because it's close to the airport, however far from the city center. The room was ok, though we changed because the first one was flooded with water in front of the bathroom ....

还不错，没有像他们说的那么不干净，还是不错的，我们住的是新装修的那个，商务酒店。还好，房间大小也可以，价格还是会，最好是网上订实惠，到酒店再订真的不太划算，还有就是酒店的服务还好，就是那个收拾房间的阿姨事情多，不愿意给换床单

服务太差了，不配三星，也可能北方的酒店都这毛病，管客服要了个大瓦数的灯泡，半个小时都没送上来，干脆我自己下去取得，这就是三星的服务！

不会再去住这个酒店了。设施比较陈旧，整个酒店显得很昏暗。卫生条件一般，听到楼道里旅行团的住客，抱怨床单问题~~~。
最让人气愤的是餐厅，价格不便宜，也没多少客人。散客只能安排在楼道电梯厅用餐，没的商量。主管领班牛气的很，摆出小生意不愿做的架势。可也没见有大生意呀！
好像只有艺龙推介这家酒店，干脆也取消算了。

酒店设施比较新，住的还算舒适，不过朝向疏港路的房间比较吵，时常有大车和火车经过，喜欢安静的应该选择另外一面的房间居住。

房间较旧，不像三星，前台冷漠，预定两天，第一天我的客人因临时有事退房，当晚又回来订房间，价格比原预定价格高出非常多，几乎翻倍，很尴尬
