地理位置不错，旁边是海底世界和星海广场，从窗户上就能看到广场，家里环境不错，就是床单觉得不怎么干净，洗漱用品都给准备的特别齐全，总体来看，还行。

虽然是公寓式的酒店，但是很舒服，床很大很暖和 不过遗憾的是我这个不是海景 只能看到星海广场

酒店离星海湾很近，15分钟左右步行即可到达。离圣亚和动物园比较近，不过周边有特色的吃食较少，个人觉得在学校周边和家属区附近的吃食比较价廉物美，味道也不错。说的有点远了，酒店卫生也可以，毕竟是公寓酒店，长时间自住的话需要自己打扫，但有家的感觉。比较不错的是洗衣机是全自动，而且功能很多，还可以洗宝宝的衣服，非常实用。有冰箱，有厨房，可以自己做饭。一室一厅都有窗户，总的来说，还是不错的。

老板很热情，但是服务不到位：网络一直上不了、只有蚊香盒不见蚊香、拖鞋看不到、茶几油渍斑斑，尽管看着有家的感觉，总体感觉卫生不是很好。性价比很低。

很好的公寓式酒店，离星海广场非常的近，出门就是广场大门，这次住在这里就是为了大连啤酒节，出门一拐弯就是，很方便的，要是床上有个褥子就好了，弹簧床垫的弹簧很硌的，管理员也非常的好，也可以免费停车，早餐也很便宜，一楼就有卖的，很可口。
