房间设施和卫生还不错，家人比较满意，有自带的早餐，虽然种类不多，但是能够满足需要。离傅家庄浴场很近，但是在房间里看不到海。前台服务好，但个别房服人员态度比较不耐烦。

早餐相当简单，空调坏的，巨响，时不时停转。说是维修件没有，订购没到货呢。位置不错，离付家庄海滨近。--题外话，大连海滩石子多，脚感差。

总体环境比较安静。前台看起来有点像是黑户小旅馆的老板娘，一开始还挺害怕。服务员不够专业，不懂得尊重客人隐私，有点尴尬和不便。
