特价房，房间很宽敞，空调热水电视都很好，室内装饰装修属于比较早的了，但也比较满意。唯一感觉不好的就是临解放路，非常吵，窗户虽然比较隔音，晚上关上窗户我睡的也没有问题，但媳妇儿睡得不太好，建议对睡眠特殊要求选择背街房间，一分钱一分货嘛！
