非常适合情侣入住和短租的人，算是大连最方便的地方了，环境好还不吵，老板人也很好，楼下就是三八广场的家乐福超市，还有麦当劳等快餐，周围美食极多，而且味道都不错，下楼就有公交站，去哪里都方便，去旅游的人们还可以坐到201路，是公寓类型，安全系数高，没有卡是不能上楼的，所以放心入住。

酒店地处市中心，交通方便，周围环境吃的很方便，旁边还有大超市，房间很舒服，网络信号很强，总体评价不错，老板人也好，下楼来接客人，给予好评。
除香港外唯大连有这样的风景

环境好。楼下饭店多还有美食城 房东推荐的烧烤特别好吃 就是刚入住的时候发现马桶圈有点脏 其他都特别满意

鲁迅路上，麦当劳旁边，穿过一个小商场似的，22层。自己去真的找不到。住宿还算不错。
