应该说服务态度不错，但是设备老化，比如开水壶烧开了，不会自动断电，水壶的把手开裂，蒸汽跑出来烫伤了手。

晚上入住，刚一进房间就闻到明显异味，整夜一直开窗和开空调。第二天一早就要求更换房间，前台服务二话没说就给换了。原来是异味来自他们刚清洗后的地毯，为什么要用这种劣质的清洗剂呢，而且服务员明知有味就让客人入住，从此点也可看到服务本质上的差距。
