酒店硬件设施不错，位置也很好，但是服务水平真的有待提高。首先，我进到房间感觉有点冷去开空调，但是吹了半天感觉不到热风，就想给前台打电话确认一下有没有热风，结果拿起电话不知道怎么拨给前台，没有任何地方显示前台快捷键，没办法我只好用手机打，打通之后我问用房间座机怎么给前台打电话？服务员理直气壮的说直接按零啊。可是我办理入住的时候并没有任何人告诉我找前台直接按零！第二，我叫了份外卖，外卖送到大堂不让送上楼这很好理解，我给前台打电话请他们帮我送上楼，服务员说我们没有这项服务不给送餐，您得下来自己拿。我说为什么不能送？她说就是这样规定的不给送上去！最终服务员说这次可以给你送上去但是下次不能了！我想说你们这种服务咱们还有下次嘛？规矩是规矩，你们不给我送上来是因为餐不是你们酒店出的，你们服务员服务一次价值连城不能提供替吃外卖的顾客跑腿是吗？我特别想请问酒店经理定这条规定是目的是为了显示酒店的层次还是显示服务员的尊贵？OK服务员不懂变通也可以理解但她从头到尾连一句礼用语不好意思都没说，语气始终很硬！就现在的经济环境和竞争压力，你们这种没有服务意识的服务态度就不怕被拍死在沙滩上？
