首先，打电话到前台咨询，前台说等一下，对，是说等一下，就帮我们转接了，不知道接到哪里，我又说了一遍我的问题，又说等一下，然后就没音了，非要我发火了，才有人回话！！！另一个就是我明明房费已经全付了，为什么还要交1200的押金，我住了这么多酒店，人家五星酒店也没说在房费全部付清的前提下，还要多交1200的押金的！你房间里是有黄金怕我偷了吗？
