Hotel has a clean spa. breakfast very nice. it has a big playground for the kids. it has a table tennis and two pools for playing. it has buffet dinner tasty but needs extra money. all great. very nice staff.

超满意的入住体验，下次来还选这家！
这次入住真的超出预期！从进门开始就感受到满满的用心，前台小姐姐/小哥哥态度超级好，办理入住速度很快，还贴心地介绍了周边的便利设施和早餐时间，让人瞬间有了亲切感～
房间乾净整洁到让人惊喜！床单被褥没有一点异味，摸起来软软糯糯的，衞生间也打扫得一尘不染，连角落都很乾净，这点真的太加分了！
房间设施也很齐全，空调制冷效果很好，热水供应充足而且水温稳定，床头还有USB充电口，晚上玩手机充电超方便～ 窗外视野也不错，晚上安静不吵，睡得很舒服。
性价比真的很高，位置也方便，不管是出差还是旅游都很合适，已经推荐给朋友啦，下次来这边一定还住这家！

凯伦温泉是大连开发区的老品牌，温泉品质没的説，以前经常去，水质非常好，本次到凯伦温泉客房体验了一把，终于知道，品质的可贵，凯伦温泉一如既往的让人舒适，从一进大堂就有酒店人员引导到前台办理入住，办理的很快，进到房间，乾净整洁是我的第一感受，住的非常舒适，凯伦温泉值得我再次选择??

没有沐浴露、没有洗发水、空调不制冷！气味难闻、地毯很脏！服务态度查！我是透过携程预订四晚8间、无法忍受提前退房、只住三间、结果收到8间扣款！打电话谘询、酒店回覆负责网上销售人员请假！无语的酒店！
