酒店设施比较老旧，与温泉洗浴在同一柜台办理入住手续，服务欠佳，房间里没有袋装茶、没有一次拖鞋，地上打扫不干净，有头发遗留。退房时间只能是12点半，不给延迟。
优点是早餐很丰盛，温泉不错，停车位够多。

第四次来，感觉有些变化，前台的业务不熟练，分不清网上定客房的标准，前后话语矛盾，夜宵没有了，房间内的冰露水竟然十元一瓶，还没有标价，结账才知道天价了，不人性，一般快捷酒店都免费提供的，御泉湾里80%的按摩喷头是维修中，电梯坏了一部，很迷你的海洋球池也收费，感觉酒店老在这些小的方面挣黑钱，客人会越来越少，望改进，一个老顾客留
