酒店环境是不错。距离火车站不算远。坐车也还算方便。距离老虎滩海洋公园也不远。酒店房间也还算干净。但是服务态度是真的很不好。早上我们还没起床就进来打扫房间。最让人不能容忍的是服务员不敲门就直接用万能卡进屋。我们向前台反应过后。他们第二次打扫的时候虽然敲门了。但是是在用万能卡开门之后敲的们。而且敲门也是因为看见有人在房间。等到地三次。我们是下午的时候要求打扫房间的。他们居然以服务员下班为理由不给我们打扫。是我们找前台理论后才给换的浴巾和备品。总之环境还算不错。服务非常不到位。不推荐。

大床房环境比较好，洗手间只有淋浴，没有盆浴。只是中间服务员打扫房间时没有提前敲门就用万能卡进来了，很不爽。希望以后改进。

还不错吧，我们后来把标准间改成了家庭间，房间挺大的，离老虎滩公园也很近，热水很方便。最后一晚卫生间的灯坏了，因是夜间没有人修，给我们带来不便，别的方面都还可以。
