一次不愉快的出行，25日订的订单，26日因突发事件要退房，和艺龙网沟通怎么说就是不同意，并说只能全额退房，这实在是霸道条款，26日的事是突然发生的，是25日不可预知的。到了酒店后，酒店说可以退但联系艺龙网还是不能退，不知道艺龙网为什么就是不给退；在办理入住时，酒店只给了一次温泉的门票，但是在订酒店时，网上明明写的是双早双温泉，在与艺龙网沟通时，艺龙网回复是大众网没有更新，大众网回复找艺龙。

建在山里，空气好，环境较好
开始想去观山阁，因路程远所以选这里
硬件不错，美中不足，可能因为人少维护不那么及时泡池泳池的卫生能好些就好了
餐饮一般，如果住房间自己带点吃的吧，人少单独让给开火都不好意思点菜。表扬早餐，就俩人还给做了好多样。
房间面对山，安静舒适。水具比较好杯子是水晶的。护肤露什么的一半。景观比较喜欢，还会再来

很棒，空气很好，住的也不错，早餐样式少了点，还有就是地理位置找的有些费劲，应该多加些指示牌，方便外地客人寻找，整体不错很满意！

环境优雅，适合休闲度假，节假日人较多，价格稍微贵，卫生环境服务都非常好. 服务员热情主动态度好服务周到亲切. 酒店卫生环境也很棒.特别是大床非常舒服.睡的很好. 中央空调温控也很好.缓缓升温非常满意 很期待再去.
