早餐东西少就不说了，常常好有断货的现象，一个菜品空了可以空十几分钟都没有补货，有个周末九点半以后有些东西就再也没出现过。意识完全跟不上。人多的时候前台退房很花时间。

硬件一流，管理太差，这是我第二次入住，去年感觉很好。我是24号晚上坐船从烟台到了大连酒店是早上7点，竟然不给我办入住，要等到10点，这是什么规定，走南闯北独此一家！我订了3间房，先到了两个人，酒店并没有满房，并且只开一间标间，竟然要多收我半天房费，真是长见识了，经过沟通打电话多次请示，终于可以入住，差评！那我晚上12点入住为什么不只收我半天房费？第二天晚上要充电器竟然说不提供，第三天白天问前台又说有提供，差评！！！酒店停车场竟然收费！独此一家！又长见识了！我吐槽的只是酒店管理，前台接待安保清洁阿姨都很有礼貌，热情，特别是前台美眉都很漂亮哦，态度很好，酒店这样规定她们也没办法。总之这次入住对酒店管理非常不满意，太不人性化了！
