别的不说，服务态度真的太好了，从入住到换房到退房，都很贴心。虽然发现厕所浴房里有烟头，床上有头发，但是综合来说还是推荐的，地铁口出来就是，周边有好几个大商场。总的来说4.5分吧

酒店地理位置不错，对面就是青泥洼桥2号线A口，公交也四通八达。今天，游玩后回来就发现洗澡水是冷水，体感水温也就30度，完全达不到洗澡的标准。联系前台后，说是因为热力公司的问题，楼层高，水压上不去导致水温低无热水可用。而解决的办法就是等第二天有人退房后换到低楼层，但不保证洗澡水温能到达体感温度。虽然酒店的解决方式还比较积极，但是，入住体验大打折扣！

榻榻米很棒。宝宝比较小怕睡觉掉地上。还有小冰箱放一些宝宝的食物。屋子内部比较干净服务很好

酒店的热水非常的差，水不热又小，无法洗澡，外出住宿洗热水澡是非常重要的，以后不会再选择这个酒店了
