设施稍有老旧，淋浴喷头、马桶等使用都稍有不畅，电视遥控器电池没电了也不更换，服务一般，卫生一般，沙发、床头稍有灰尘，玻璃外面很脏，位置还行，房间虽然很大，但橱柜都是空空的，里面也有灰尘，抽油烟机好用，但燃气灶无法使用，也没有锅碗瓢盆等，总之只能算一般凑合。
