七点半到酒店没有热水，冰凉冰凉的！给前台打电话说保安去救火了，你们家保安真是什么都能干！床单枕套都是黑的，上面还有毛，很明显是没换过的！打电话要求退房告诉我不能退！我不差你这一百来块钱！同时艺龙给我这种处理结果我也非常不满意！不会再用这个软件！！！！

优点：位置不错 但大门不太好找。房间挺大的 窗外视觉效果也不错。 缺点：床单上有烟灰。热水十分钟就没了 根本没法洗澡。管理人员来看了说让等着热水器烧 满头满身泡沫等了半小时 等水热了 热水五分钟就又没了。缺点太致命！！基于这点不会再考虑
