天通地理位置不错，出行方便，以前每次去大连都是入住首选。这回去，第一次给的房间明显特别埋汰。我对住的要求不高，只要舒适干净就行，实在忍不了。找前台换了一间，二次换的房间与第一间天壤之别，确实环境卫生很干净。但空调是坏的，找维修师傅，师傅调试了半天说酒店空调该检修了，不行换一间。再找前台告诉我，这段期间酒店空调一律不能用。你是当客人是傻吗？第一间卫生不干净但最起码空调能用，这一间空调不好使，你告诉我所有空调都不能使用？好歹也是三星酒店，以前一直觉得天通还不错～难道是因为艺龙订的房间，价格相对较低，所以才给最次的屋子吗？入住体验十分差。马上结婚了，还说将亲戚朋友都安排在天通，这下我得重新考虑一下了。
