和描述的一样，老四星宾馆，设备齐全但稍有些旧。不过，老名字欣半岛酒店比新名字更有影响力，而且标牌并没有更换。优点是交通方便，一个406路车串起周边许多高校，去海边也很方便，沃尔玛就在旁边。本来想续住一天的，哪知道房价涨了。
房价不含早餐的，好象每位38元，不过周边吃早饭的地方很多的。门口有很大的停车场。

停车很方便，交通便利，紧挨地铁一号线学苑广场站，对面轻轨电车。距离星海广场，星海公园近。附近东北财经，大连理工，海事大学等学府。

设施比较老，住店的人一些是大呼小叫的，打扫卫生的也会大呼小叫，隔音差。早餐38元一位，都是一些凉飕飕的饭菜，好在是热天，还能忍受

酒店位置优越，门前就是公共汽车站，旁边有地铁1号线，离东财很近，到黑石礁、星海公园等各景点都很方便。有停车场，车位挺多，自驾到大连这个是很好的选择。酒店设施不错，还配备了直饮水设备，要是再有个小冰箱就更好了！旅游旺季比平时贵。忘照照片了
