周边环境离星海广场很近，这是最大的优点。但是服务跟不上。入住第二天发现空调坏了，被告知国庆无法修，而且在知道不能修好的情况下，不余空房给客人调整，而是全部出租。且第一天出门后，晚上回来发现未打扫房间卫生；且房间没有电话，找服务人员要靠自己跑。从性价比上，没感到优越性。旁边有很多这种类型的酒店。

位置好，服务也好，就是停车不太方便，对面的环球金融中心停车场不让用，楼前的停车场采用刷卡计时收费

服务挺好，设施新，比较干净。只是停车不太方便，地下停车场没有启用。单元楼号不明显。总的来说，属于家庭公寓式酒店，房间里有冰箱，洗衣机，微波炉，电磁炉等
