酒店前台严重不作为，一个上午不解决问题，退房时让我费了半个钟头的劲。值班经理沟通能力和应急能力让人着急。强烈不建议再入住此酒店

没吃早餐，旁边市场就走早餐，(服务员给讲的，点赞)；被子上有血渍，我自己带的床上用品；其他的感觉还行吧，住酒店总不能要求和在家一样不是！
