酒店距离人民广场很近，对面还有一个海鲜水产市场，很方便！房间内的设施很不错，尽管地方不大但桌子够多，东西多也摆的开，很好！窗户隔音效果也不错，即使临街的房间窗户关严了噪音也不大。店家人挺随和。但是，缺点还是有的，一是不主动要求打扫卫生的话就不给打扫！很不适应，每天回到店里才发现没打扫卫生，哪有时间再出门让服务员过来打扫呢。二是卫生间反味比较严重，尤其是酒店有人洗澡的时候，其实这种情况很多酒店都会有，所以要自己想办法把各处地漏水封一下。

老板很大方，入住升级套房，每晚赠果盘，大堂老板自己茶吧免费，距离车站，地铁感觉比地图上还近。

老板服务特别好，还安排了一间有阳光的房间，环境很舒服，很有情调，闹市中的静处啊。唯一不足就是隔音稍差

第二次入住这家酒店里了，感觉很好。酒店很安静，很干净，也很温馨，没人打扰。地理位置很好，算是在大连市的中心位置，在北京街和黄河路交叉路口上，从这里出发到哪里去都不远，出去办事很方便，周边商业发达，餐饮小吃很多，因为餐饮主要针对当地人，因此，物美价廉，经济实惠。
