我在艺龙定了两个房间，条款中说有一瓶可乐和矿泉水，但是并未送到房间。早上退房要水，前台态度极差，告诉我没有水，后又说要去某房间取，等了五分钟也没拿来，因要赶火车，就没再等，只拿了一小听可乐。
前台接待姓王的小姐态度极差。另房间卫生条件也很差。
