付费商品上面都有提示字样这很贴心，我看刮胡刀上面没有我用了，退房时告诉我收费，心理不是太舒服，耳机子落宾馆了回去找，前台说房间有人入住了，说等退房时联系我，我说那算了吧！不值当了！如果我要是落下钱了呢？也让我等退房？希望有时候能先替丢东西的人着想把，22日前台服务非常好，态度温和，有问题耐心解答，还面带微笑

本来订的欧式经典，订单已经确认，却不给我留房间，钱还退不了，后来说这是他们的错误，给了我一个家庭房，本来说不要差价，第二天退房，非得要我30块钱差价，要不不给退。服务态度也不好，没见过这么差的服务。
