定的是4楼房间，现在4楼在装修，所以升级至8楼房间，很棒，但是有一个大缺点（这是对不抽烟的人来讲的），楼道和房间都是烟味，很不好的感觉，（问前台服务员能做无烟工作吗？回答是开窗，问客房服务员，有没有空气清洁剂，回答没有，从来不用。）所以我去了超市买了空气清盒，也就4一5元一个的，房间的空气就会好了。

没身份证住不了店很正常，吧台服务员很好，但是没有工作人员带着去开证明，值班领导不在等了半小时，等值班领导没等到人，说去洗漱了，我就呵呵了，预定的房费还说退不了，我自己去开证明，山下街派出所，结果警察不穿工作服在门口问我干嘛，我说开证明，结果警察转头就走了，给我整蒙了，我问了一句，开证明不行吗？警察说在哪住的旅店让人带你来开，比国家主席都牛我就呵呵了，公务员的素质，呵呵，不想多说，都有责任，本人没带身份证一方面原因，酒店订好，酒店没人安排带去开证明，警察服务意思差，在岗着装随意，总结就俩字，呵呵
