房间老旧，设施不足，热水壶需要申请，墙纸返潮起皮，卫生间镜子歪斜不敢动，百叶窗七扭八折不挡光，空调开关永远沉睡不醒。总之要省钱就不要在意这些，特价房就是老旧低档的代名词
