酒店里面太大了，没有明显的指引牌。没有客服人员安排，晚上入住的竟然走廊没有灯！省电到极点。客房分ABC座，开房间时候竟然不说我们在什么座几层，满世界的自己找。最后还是回到大厅问完了才找到，另外，因为没带充电器，打客房服务电话，竟然回复说，等消息，找到就给送。结果是没结果。没回复。就这样吧！
