家人临时有事到丹东，上次来住在这里，觉得很不错，这次还是选的这里，晚上同层的有人后半夜回来，可能是喝多了，大声喧哗，几乎吵到天亮，晚上基本没睡着。

洗澡间地漏不漏水，洗完澡满地都是水，差点摔倒，肯定是服务员没有按时清理地漏，房间的灯也不亮，难道你们查房的时候不检查么？
