服务非常差 明明订的大床房 老人和孩子打车到了 服务员竟然说是订的标准间 难道不是一套系统吗 酒店态度就是你们本来就订的标间 爱住不住 没法换 老人给我打电话 我又把订单截图发过去也不能换说没房间 那我就想问问没房你确定什么订单 没房间当我告诉老人不住了要走时怎么又神奇的有房间了那 （因为孩子小怕睡觉不老实需要大床睡在两个老人中间）
