前台办理入住，工作人员正在玩手机（非接打电话），叫我等一会。我因已预付过款，无奈站在前台等待。几次催促，总算办理完。看不到电梯间在那，问前台工作人员，该女士头都不抬回了一句“往后走”。从一小门进去，走到了厨房。宾馆号称四星级，除了房间大点，其设备、设施不如经济型宾馆，管理和服务水平更差。
