  新酒店，硬件很好。br管理乱，软件不行。br入住时告诉我水果已经送到房间了，结果住了两天，传说中的水果也没看见。br早餐有的服务员很好，有的不行。没有人引导安排座位，要一杯咖啡，只一指，说：那有咖啡机。br退房后酒店前台发现我拉下东西，马上打电话告知并主动说要寄给我??。
