办理入住时询问房间冷不冷，回答不冷，可住进去才发现没空调，屋里冷一直不敢脱外衣，最生气的是居然也没热水淋浴，一问说是锅炉坏了，可办理时却没告知；北方供暖前房间里最难挨，没空调没热水真是冻死人的节奏！只是位置挺好，早餐也还不错，总体感觉不好！
