房间质量就不说了，走廊的地让你无法想象这个是四星级酒店，入住刷的预售押金，已经知会过前台没有任何消费，前台说可以直接走，结果还没离开五分钟，没有任何沟通，刷了消费。打电话询问，为什么扣款，前台说使用了烟嘴。实际情况是我根本不知道房间有这个东西，前台一口咬定房间使用了烟嘴，我说使用了至少应该有个外包装和使用痕迹，我离开房间时垃圾桶里只有几张废纸，没有任何其他，大家可以想象这是一家什么样的店
