酒店是新开的，所以设施都很不错，对得起这个价格。说说酒店服务，酒店服务简直不能再差了，这次入住直接打维也纳总部电话投诉了，入住多次，每次都带来很差的体验，服务人员的态度好像个个都欠他们钱似的，尤其是008工号前台，态度相当恶劣，说话都不正眼看一下顾客……我当时问能不能把定的房间退掉，要是能退我绝对不会住维也纳。我就想问问这家酒店管理，难道是店大欺客吗？顾客是欠你们的还是怎么样？难道我们的消费不包含服务这项吗？起码说话的态度和方式也要有基本的礼貌和口气吧！讲话一个比一个牛。投诉之后值班经理有和我打电话，说是按照五星级标准建造的酒店，设备设施我不否认有星级标准，但你们的服务质量直接拉下了整体水平……

好像欠前台似的，个个板着脸，问点事情让我去旁边问，明明没有打电话，说他在打电话，真的搞不清楚酒店请的什么员工。而且周边又不方便，吃点东西要跑很远

卫生间刷牙的杯子居然还有水渍，估计根本没有清洗过，前台服务态度很冷漠，语气生硬，洗发水，沐浴露，感觉劣质。楼层服务员不错。
