我不知道5星级酒店是如何定义的？枕头有很重的老人味，我直接扔楼下去了。洗头水洗得头痒痒的，那味道还怪难闻。一个酒店的用品完全没有要求，只求有不求好用。体验感太差了。还说是五星级酒店卫生，用品比不上快捷酒店

地理位置还可以，走10分钟有夏日广场有吃有玩。酒店房间空间大，服务是挺好的，就是房间的家具是木头的，中规中矩，没有设计感，跟以前的旧宾馆一样的方方正正的柜子桌子，实在没有现代感跟设计感。
健身房不错，24小时都可以玩，游泳池挺好，开到晚上10点没什么人游，水也干净。早餐精致丰富。
建议:1房卡可以给客人两张，要不然两个人分开行动不同时间回去怎么办？一人一张卡不方便，而且电梯也需要卡。02前台培训得有礼物讲话轻声细语，但是前台空间很大，那种音量客人听起来其实费劲，经常听不清。

在微信上定的，酒店不错，房间很大，环境好，设施都好，最主要是干净卫生，还有他们家的床也非常舒服，我们住双床房，足够我们一家四口睡了，一点都不挤，下次来儋州一定还来住你家

交通方便，房间宽敞舒适。入住雨天，泳池不开放。房间内准备了晾衣架，细节不错。电梯的空调超冷，房间里的空调预定20度，却整晚都保持在26度，配的应该是鸭绒被，热。
