和另一大家子人共拼一个别墅，就是一个很简易的房间，完全不是图片上的豪华型，淋浴的水小到无法洗澡洗头。最有意思的是前台和我们一再强调不要锁一楼的大门，说还有别家在住，我们回来时却被别家人锁在门外，站在外面傻等前台来开门被蚊子咬了个够，前台你得催着他才来，服务差，要拼别墅你有可能遇上极没素质的一家子人，估计前台是给了他们钥匙却没给我们，还有，携程说的闪住无需押金无需查房退房根本不是那么回事，照样刷了一千预授权押金然后退房需要还钥匙要回押金凭条不退钱，说是查完房才退押金，携程不是开玩笑就是撒谎，与事实不符。

服务员简直坑爹，什么都不知道，感觉住客很少，所以不管不问，也没有经验，酒店本身的环境还可以，就是服务不行。最初房间的空调不行，调了另一间房，电视又坏的。
