酒店已经停水三四天了，但一直都没提前通知，到了办入住才说停水，并告知晚上会来。但我们等到第二天都没有来水，没水喝，没水洗，不敢上厕所。最可恶的是那天包括我在内的客户从入住问到凌晨三点，反复n次，酒店竟然一直忽悠我们说“水在路上，马上就来”。你因为客观原因停水我们可以理解，但停水不是一两天了，完全可以提前告诉我们吧。第二天就能戳破的事实，就不觉的打脸吗？第二天好多在前台理论要求退款的

房间卫生太差了，房间的桌子上一层厚厚的土而且卫生间好象也没有打扫过地上有许多头发。

虽然有些问题，但是酒店在香格里拉算很好啦，很满意，服务也好的！离景区服务中心也很近，走路15-20分钟。
