酒店不错 但是艺龙的服务不敢恭维 我才定的酒店 发现孩子发烧 请求退款 各种理由不给退 酒店前台愿意退 到需要艺龙的一个电话 但是艺龙坚决不打 导致我们浪费800多 以后再也不会定艺龙了 现金返还也没有还过 定了无数次 一旦遇到售后 都不会处理态度也非常差
