进去了我觉得房间不好 换另一间房间就得加好多钱 要求退了 不给退 说退了要扣全部的房费 最后我只能让他们扣全部的房费拿押金回来了 我可以说这家是全大庆坑的酒店 上当了就当花钱买教训 什么前台服务员用什么态度跟顾客沟通呢
