从呼伦贝尔回家过路的地方，吃了一顿饭住了一次酒店，对大庆这个城市整体的感觉，饭店服务员非常善于沟通言谈，酒店中规中矩，可是交通参与者（汽车驾驶者）的素质确实大跌眼镜车和车抢车和行人争，那叫一个热闹走在大街上简直就是胆战心惊啊

非常满意的一次入住！四星的酒店给五星的服务跟态度！临时换的双床房以为会很麻烦的 没想到前台的美女效率极高 而且态度非常好！让我很感动哦 特别要说一下他家的床??? 哦 太舒服了……超赞???????? ????

很好的星级酒店，卫生设施也很好，有停车场，对自驾游停车很方便。离大庆东站很近，在酒店高层处就能远眺到东站的壮观景象

一直特别喜欢novotel这个品牌，虽然它标注的是高档型酒店，但各方面都体现人性化，服务意识很强，比很多豪华型酒店还要好。但是比较其他城市novotel，我觉得还有一些可以提升的空间。不过如果家庭出游，来novotel一定很舒适，很惬意的，强烈推荐

环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。有特别的开床服务，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住
