  This hotel is a real value for money. It has excellent location, modern room amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a wide range of varieties. The hotel has a restaurant called Fenglingge which serves great local cuisine with reasonable price. For hotel guest, there is a RMB60 restaurant voucher given to offset the restaurant bill at Fenglingge. One of the staff at Fenglingge, Liu Guangzhen 刘光珍 is very attentive and helpful and provides great service.

  首先肯定房间设施不错，卫生打扫也比较干净，从云冈升级到了温德姆，客房补充物品及反馈都算迅速。有点瑕疵的是服务培训没有跟上，每个人都是被动的，无表情无言语的服务，补充物品后表示感谢，服务员扭头就走了，好尴尬。唯一一次听到感谢您的光临祝您旅途愉快是在餐厅一位服务员姐姐说的，温暖的话真是太难得了。
