  首先酒店环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，周边有大型商场，可以吃饭购物，距离高铁站车程不到10分钟，酒店有地上，地下两个停车场，很方便… 其次房间卫生干净整洁，布局典雅，大厅装修高端，有淡淡的香熏味，卫生间是干湿分离的，洗漱用品很好用，住在高的楼层可以看到大同的夜景，房间隔音很好，在房间里感觉很安静… 然后就是服务，进入大厅就有温热的茶水，前台办理入住的速度很快，小姑娘很有礼貌，很热情，还为我免费升级了房型，晚上下楼的时候电梯里碰到了维修工，咨询房间里的温暖，湿度，很是热情，态度超级好… 总之这是一次不错的体验，有任何要求工作人员都会满足，下次来还住这里…

  酒店地理位置很优越，周边商场，小吃，KTV都有，前台的服务很热情，免费帮忙升级了房间，办理入住速度很快，手不小心划破了，前台姑娘给买了创可贴送到了房间，一直听说这家酒店服务好，这次是真正体会到了，第二天去早餐厅吃了早餐，种类挺多的，基本上中午就不用吃午饭了，还有羊杂粉，猪肉面，味道都不错！强烈推荐这家酒店，确实是很用心的为客人着想，以后还会来…

  酒店环境很好，大厅装修的高大上，房间布局典雅，床垫超级软，睡起来很舒服，卫生打扫的也很干净，消毒措施做的也挺好！前台的小姑娘服务很好，见到后都会热情的打招呼。看我拿的东西比较多，主动帮忙把行李箱送到房间，晚上在餐厅吃了顿饭，菜都是当地特色，味道很好，餐厅很温馨，价格适中，总之体验不错，必须给好评点赞！下次入住还选择玺云！

  第一次到大同随便选了家酒店，没想到高铁站还有专车接送服务，确实很赞。也感慨现在疫情当下酒店的内卷有多严重，不过酒店的经理在服务上确实用心了，没想到曹晓霞经理还是和我本家，真是缘分。 酒店的客房服务也必须点赞，王玉仙阿姨一再和我强调方便的话给个好评，虽然我也知道这是酒店的管理要求，但是酒店用心了也确实值得给大家推荐。

  酒店的配置物有所值！在此，要特别感谢餐厅的王姐，前台的小杨，王青，晚上送甜汤的李大姐，还有送我去高铁站的师傅，还有一些叫不上名字的工作人员，他们热情认真的服务态度为酒店加分不少，我住了四天，感觉非常棒👍🏻
