前台接待太差劲！！！我们13:20到达，是比酒店主张的入住时间早了点，但我几次跟前台刘晓云女士讲了:两个80多岁的老人坐了半天的车专程跑来贵酒店，希望能帮着提前收拾出房间好让他们早点休息。这位刘晓云女士态度强硬:"要等40分钟"，然后又在我的一再要求下欺骗我说"已经催促过楼层服务员"！我常出差有经验就直接去了楼层，结果楼层服务员根本不知情！这里我还要感谢B座6楼和7楼的服务员，在看到两个老人辛苦的站在楼道时，跑着去叫来了3位服务员，第一时间一起迅速地收拾出房间，让老人及时的得到休息！这样的人不配在前台接待岗位！简直就是砸星级酒店的牌子！还有，贵酒店既然分AB座，前台接待是不是应该告诉客人如何去房间——少说一句话就害两个加起来170岁、腿脚不方便的老人跑错了楼，要不是A座7楼服务员指路，我们还在尝试着去开同样房间号、不同楼的房门！
