卫生极差！水池里好多头发都没清理！
服务差！淋雨下水口不下水，叫服务员来看，服务员居然让我自己把地漏拔开！！并且还说所有的地漏都要拔开才能下水！！我住了这么多酒店就没见过需要自己拔地漏的！！快捷酒店的都不需要！！你一个四星的要脸么？！
设施不用说了…洗澡是冷水，大冬天的………空调也没有暖风，前台还振振有词说因为西安市还没供暖……空调能不能制热跟暖气有什么关系？？！住了一晚上就感冒了！！
还有早餐也是冷的！！除了白水煮鸡蛋都没有可以吃的东西！！！连餐巾纸都没有！！管服务员要服务员也没有好脸色，只给了特别小的两张，够干什么的啊………
并且噪音特！别！大！隔音极差！又冷又吵几乎一夜都没睡着，穿着羽绒服都不暖和！！
开发票的速度还特别慢！！！！
