退房时不能开发票，给大堂经理打电话，说明情况，大堂经理说与艺龙网签协议时是无早，无发票，我在网上没有看到这个说明，还好经理很好说话给开了，给艺龙客服打电话，客服说在详情里有，订酒店时我粗略看了下，没有，但不敢确定，所以我建议把特殊要求放到大面上，客服很客气，说如果是实情那边开不 了 ，他们会想办法给开，我挂了电话，又看了下酒店详情，真的没有，需要发票的，住店前先问问。顶艺龙。
