只要是预定的房间，总是安排在走廊尽头，好几次都是这样！和前台服务人员反映情况也不解决，只是说房间都定满了，可明明还有空房间，就是不给换！还有就是晚上想洗澡，居然没有热水，太无语了！第二天早上也没有热水洗澡，服务员说是水压不够，头一次听见这样的解释！关键也反映情况也不解决！再说说地下停车库吧，居然都是大同本地的车，你让我们这些外地来旅游探亲住店的客人怎么停车呀！希望尽快解决！
