酒店环境、地理位置、硬件都还不错！唯一很遗憾的是我一瓶新新的肌肤之钥的洗面奶，确定遗落在我房间的卫生间，结果隔俩天打电话给酒店，前台说房务核实没有见。我当时是开车去的大同，回太原也就四个小时，中间没有住宿，更不会去用洗漱用品的机会；五六百块的东西就这样死无对证的丢了！责怪自己粗心之余，也想到很多以前入住别家酒店的经历，感觉得这家酒店，在管理和人员培训上欠缺的还是很多。
