我提前预订了12月4日晚的房间，由于凌晨赶到大冶，的士送到了旁边的酒店，当晚没有住进，第二天中午才发现。地质酒店没有任何服务意识，客人没有到，既不发短信，也不打电话，没有起到尽职尽责的义务，没有提供任何清洁服务，也没有提供早餐，一分钱都不退还客户，客户要住宿也不打折，大冶地质宾馆的服务理念就是：金钱至上。可恶至极，强烈谴责！！！
